Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding various types of pipes using multiple welding processes. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the safety and durability of the piping systems. Key Responsibilities: -Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine the size and type of pipe required and the appropriate welding method. -Prepare pipes and work surfaces to meet welding specifications. -Use manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). -Inspect and repair welds as needed to meet safety and quality standards. -Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws. -Maintain a thorough knowledge of various types of metals and their weldability. -Follow safety protocols to prevent injury and accidents. Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects. -Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Welder to join our fabrication team. The welder will be responsible for using hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Key Responsibilities: -Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand. -Perform MIG, TIG, and other types of weld based on project needs. -Field install welds, including ductwork, light poles, fire hydrants, water, and fuel tanks. -Work with team to measure and cut weld material to desired lengths with acetylene torches, power saws, and shears. Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness. -Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems in industrial and commercial settings. The role involves interpreting blueprints and specifications to plan and install various pipe systems, as well as collaborating with welders to ensure proper alignment and installation. Responsibilities include cutting, bending, threading, and fitting pipes, conducting inspections and pressure tests, and adhering to safety protocols. The Pipe Fitter will also work with structural steel components, ensuring precise assembly and installation, while maintaining tools and workspaces in an organized manner. Shifts are scheduled based on client needs, with options from Monday to Sunday. Key Responsibilities: -Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding. -Use specific tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes according to project specifications. -Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to blueprints. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods. -Install and secure pipes (e.g., with clamps, brackets, or welding) to structures, walls, or fixtures. -Prepare and fit pipe for welding by a certified pipe welder. -Collaborate with welders to ensure proper pipe installation and alignment. -Maintain and repair piping systems and components. -Adhere to safety protocols and standards.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Structural Fitter to join our team in the fabrication and assembly of structural steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading blueprints, fitting steel components, and preparing them for welding. This position requires precision and a keen eye for detail to ensure the structural integrity and quality of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and sequence of fitting operations. -Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets, plates, tubes, and structural shapes. -Cut, drill, and grind metal pieces using powered saws, drill presses, and hand grinders. -Fit and assemble structural frameworks and parts to form complete structures. -Use hand tools and welding equipment to tack-weld fitted parts together. -Inspect assembled structures to ensure conformance to specifications. -Work closely with welders to indicate locations for welding and ensure proper assembly of structures. -Adjust dimensions of parts as necessary, using hammers, jacks, and pry bars. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
